USBストレージをセットした状態での起動のエラー

USBストレージを挿入した状態で起動するとどうも認識した状態で起動できるものとできないものがある。
USBHUBを間に入れると変わったりするのかもしれない。もしかするとUSBの電圧不足に陥っているのかもしれない。原因は良くわからないが再現性のある失敗パターンと成功パターンは以下の通り。
